Welcome to Online Registration

Registering online is easy and quick! Just follow these simple steps:

After clicking the Register Now button to the right, you'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one. Simply click the Create a new Bonzi Account tab when asked to log in to the registration system.

After you create your new member account, you'll need to fill out the parent/guardian form with your family information.

Choose the age group for your player, then fill out the player information. After you fill out the player form and click Next, you'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay.

In order to complete your registration, you must submit payment. A deposit of $150.00 must be paid by March 4, 2020 to secure your registration. If payment is not received by this date, you will lose your legacy status and will be required to register with new players beginning March 7, 2020, on a first come first serve basis.

There are two options for payment - via PayPal or by check (sent via mail). Either way, payment must be received by March 4, 2020.

Mailed checks: Made payable to Deer Park Seminoles and mail to PO Box 2013, Deer Park, TX 77536.

**Make sure to include your player's name and division on the check so that the payment can be applied correctly. Once the check(s) are received, you will receive an email acknowledgement that the payment has been applied. Your registration is not complete until you receive your confirmation email.

PayPal: Pay via PayPal to:

**Please add a note in PayPal with your player's name and division you are paying for. You will have your PayPal receipt and will also receive an email acknowledgment that the payment has been applied.
